Maintenance Contract for Printers, Copiers & Multifunction
With cost-effective AMC contracts, we help your business grow. We take charge of your printer-related issues while you concentrate on what your business does best. We provide AMCs as part of the products we sell and also as a stand-alone service. (You can avail our AMC services even if you have not purchased the product from us.)
You can choose the best one among the following two AMC’s Scheme:
Comprehensive AMC
- Includes replacement of faulty printer parts at no extra cost. This saves additional investment in a new printer.
- Includes free repairs
- Excludes maintenance kit and consumables.
Non-comprehensive AMC
- Includes regular maintenance and free repairs. complete cleaning and servicing of printers.
- Includes free repairs.
- Includes basic trouble shooting, handling printer-software related issues.
Maintenance Contract for IT Hardware
As with printers, you can avail our AMC services for laptops and desktops. We undertake maintenance contracts for all branded and assembled equipment. Our AMC services extend to products that were not purchased from us as well.
Comprehensive AMC
- Includes repair and replacement of faulty computer parts at no extra cost
- Excludes consumables
- Includes repair and replacement of IT peripherals such as hard drive, disc drive, Motherboard, etc.
Non-comprehensive AMC
- Includes regular maintenance and free repairs
- Includes basic trouble shooting and complete cleaning and servicing of computers
- Replacement of damaged parts, including IT peripherals, is done with charge to the customer.
